Tuition Assistance

Paying for Christian education can be a big commitment. ECS has two need based tuition assistance programs. Parents are required to apply for both programs. The amount of tuition assistance awarded is based on a family's need and available funds and is only available for students in grades kindergarten - 5th grade.

Step One:

ECS has established a tuition assistance fund for qualifying families. Applications should be submitted to BeneFAQ (Benevolent Financial Aid Qualification by SchoolRIGHT, LLC.) for new families after being accepted to ECS. For returning families, applications should be submitted prior to the end of the current school year. Applying online at https://www.benefaq.com/sign-in/parent is required. The school registration number is: 70032.

Step Two:

ECS has partnered with the Opportunity Scholarship Fund (OSF) to provide assistance to families. Donors make contributions to our school account with this fund. We then use the donated funds for tuition scholarships. The OSF applications must be submitted online at https://osfkids.org/apply/. OSF will have multiple school year option open until May 30th. Make sure you select the correct school year for which you are applying. If you do not have your current tax return or are not required to file, please fill out the Proof of Income Eligibility and upload it with your online application.

Completion:

Once the office receives confirmation that your BeneFAQ application is complete and your Financial Agreement is signed and returned to the office, the Finance Committee of the school board will consider awarding tuition assistance.
